Maggie McGinlay is Director, Energy and Clean Technologies with Scottish Enterprise.
She leads Scottish Enterprise’s support for the growth of the Energy sector in Scotland, working closely with the public and private sectors to deliver an integrated response. This support recognises the continuing scale of the oil and gas sector and the size of the opportunity in the renewables, carbon capture and storage and low carbon technologies sector in which Scotland enjoys a strong competitive advantage.
Having worked in the field of economic development for over 20 years, Maggie was previously Director of Food and Drink for Scottish Enterprise and a founder member of the Board of Scotland Food and Drink.
Maggie also represents Scottish Enterprise on ACSEF – Aberdeen City and Shire Economic Forum – a public-private sector partnership which develops and delivers the regional economic strategy.
